how come maths become so tough to me?

Dosage, millimoles, blah blah blah...
all the pharmaceutical calculations are killing me..
suppose to be easy but i have to digest all of them tonight, it turned into a tough one..
Blame myself for ignoring this unit all the while..
Gonna suffer now..
